# Refund, cancellation, and dispute policy

> Refund, cancellation, and dispute policy for AvioVerse online aviation training course seats.

Customers may request a refund by emailing info@avioverse.uk within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the purchased course seat has not been assigned, accessed, started, completed, or used to generate a certificate.

Refunds are not available after a course seat has been assigned or accessed because the digital training service is then considered delivered. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.

Cancellation is not accepted once a course has been purchased. If a purchase was made in error, contact AvioVerse before any seat is assigned or accessed.
