What the certificate actually records

When a learner finishes every module in order and meets the pass mark, the platform writes an assessment attempt, issues a certificate, and marks the enrolment as certified. That happens in one step so a pass cannot be separated from the certificate record.

The certificate carries the learner’s name, the course title, the examination mark, the completion date, and a unique verification number. The public checker uses that number. It does not publish a full identity search.

How to check a certificate

Open the certificate checker, type the number exactly as printed, and submit. A match shows the masked name, course title, mark and date. A miss means the number is not an active certificate from this app.

If a number has been revoked, it will not verify as issued. Treat the checker as the source of truth rather than a scanned PDF on its own.

What a certificate is not

It is not a Part-66 licence, a type rating, a Part-147 diploma, a tank-entry permit, or a certifying-staff stamp. Organisations still assess competence and grant authorisations under their own expositions.

Course pages state the regulatory references the training was written against. Those references support the training scope. Operational use still requires current rules and the organisation’s accepted procedures.
