Refund policy

Customers may request a refund by contacting AvioVerse Limited at info@avioverse.uk within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the purchased course seat has not been assigned, accessed, started, completed, or used to generate a certificate.

Refunds are not available after a course seat has been assigned or accessed because the digital training service is then considered delivered. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is not accepted once a course has been purchased. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us immediately at info@avioverse.uk before any seat is assigned or accessed so we can review whether the refund policy applies.

For business or group purchases, any written agreement between AvioVerse Limited and the purchasing organisation applies first where it expressly differs from this policy.

Dispute policy

If there is a problem with a purchase, contact AvioVerse Limited first so we can investigate and try to resolve it promptly. Please include the purchaser name, email address, order reference if available, course title, payment date, and a short description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge customer service disputes within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and determine whether access, replacement, correction, or a refund is appropriate under this policy.

Opening a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer may delay resolution while the payment provider reviews the case. We reserve the right to suspend the affected course access while a payment dispute is active.
