Using the service
This service provides online aviation training courses to users who have been given access by AvioVerse Limited or an authorised training administrator. Accounts are personal to the named user and must not be shared.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for telling your training administrator if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Purchases and course access
Course seats are sold for online training delivery. After purchase confirmation, the purchased seat can be assigned to an eligible trainee account and used to access the selected course, final assessment, completion record, and certificate where the pass requirements are met.
Unless a written business agreement says otherwise, each purchased seat is for one named learner and may not be transferred after it has been assigned or used.
Training material
Course material is provided for training and assessment. It is not aircraft maintenance data, operational instruction, regulatory approval, or a substitute for current approved manuals, procedures, regulations, or competent authority requirements.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, course content, images, certificates, and platform material must not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, or used to train another product.
Progress, assessments, and certificates
The platform records assigned courses, section progress, assessment attempts, scores, and certificates. A certificate shows that the named user completed the relevant course and met the configured pass mark in this platform.
A certificate does not by itself grant, extend, or replace any aircraft maintenance authorisation, licence, approval, company approval, or regulatory privilege.
Training assistant
Some courses include an AI training assistant that can answer limited questions using course context. The assistant may be unavailable, may refuse questions outside the course scope, and must not be treated as operational aviation advice.
Availability and changes
We may update courses, platform functionality, security controls, and these terms. We aim to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, supplier availability, or events outside our control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, the service is provided for training delivery and record keeping, and AvioVerse Limited is not responsible for misuse of course material or for decisions made outside the platform.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or directly to info@avioverse.uk.
