Human factors training for maintenance is about the conditions in which people actually work: lighting, noise, time pressure, handover, procedures that do not match the job, and the courage to stop and report. It is not a personality course.

Use it for initial or recurrent HF knowledge in CAMO and Part-145. Flight-crew CRM is a different syllabus.
