What this training covers

Part-147 instructors, Part-145 OJT instructors and practical assessors are often excellent technicians who were never taught how to design a lesson, run a fair assessment, or keep an OJT record that would survive an audit.

The 24-hour classroom-equivalent course is instructional-methods training referenced to Part-147 147.A.105/110, Part-145 145.A.30(e) and Part-66 Appendix III. It is not by itself a Part-147 instructor acceptance.
