What this training covers
A part that looks right in the stores rack can still be the wrong part: incomplete release, broken traceability, expired shelf life, ESD damage, or a suspected unapproved part. Receiving inspection is the gate.
The course is knowledge and decision training referenced to EASA Part-145 145.A.42 and FAA AC 20-154A. It does not authorise a person to accept parts on behalf of an organisation.

Who this training is for
Stores inspectors, incoming-inspection staff, certifying staff who accept parts, quality staff and logistics personnel in Part-145 or production stores.
Use it for stores and receiving staff knowledge. Authorisation to accept or reject parts remains local.

Training references: EASA Part-145 145.A.42 and associated AMC/GM; FAA AC 20-154A (receiving-inspection knowledge training).
Your stores procedure, quarantine area and SUP reporting path still have to be taught on site.
Course content is maintained against the latest applicable regulatory amendments reviewed as of 10 September 2026.
Assessment and certificate
Learners complete 15 interactive sections and a final examination, then receive a named certificate.
