What this training covers
Human factors and safety training for continuing airworthiness is not a generic CRM course. It has to speak to maintenance and CAMO work: procedures, tools, shift handover, fatigue, reporting, and the management system that is supposed to learn from events.
This topic groups the combined safety and human factors course, FOD prevention, and root cause analysis so organisations can assign a coherent set of seats.

Who this training is for
Safety personnel, safety managers, investigators, maintenance staff, certifying staff, pilots, managers, and quality teams who need practical human factors and safety awareness.
Use these courses for initial or recurrent HF/SMS knowledge in CAMO and Part-145 environments. Role-specific safety manager qualifications are separate.
Regulatory context
Courses align with aviation SMS principles, human factors expectations in GM2 CAMO.A.305(g) and GM1 145.A.30(e), occurrence investigation practice, and related continuing-airworthiness training needs.
A generic course alone does not establish a full organisational HF or SMS training programme. Add local induction and competence assessment.
Course content is maintained against the latest applicable regulatory amendments reviewed as of 10 September 2026.
Assessment and certificate
Learners progress through sections in order, complete the final questionnaire, and receive a certificate once the pass mark is achieved.
